Child does not drink packet milk

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My son of 14 months does not to drink packet milk. I feed him and he eats our normal daily meal. Is it necessary to make him drink packet milk too? Will he loose on any nutrition if packet milk not given?

Giving milk in diet daily is essential..try adding sugar or other flavoured protein powders..if he is very fussy even then , u can provide Vit D and calcium supplements daily

Hi. If is not necessary to give milk If child is having a healthy diet. You can give paneer, curds as source of calcium
