now all blister on skin and face now dried and felt black coloured
now i want to remove all very soon

Do not pluck or peel them off, or else they may leave long lasting scars. Just use aloederm cream twice daily - and let them dry and fall off. Contact a qualified dermatologist after 1-2 weeks for the left over marks - if any. Do not be in a hurry - skin will take its time to heal.
