Hello, Most cases of chickenpox are relatively mild and run their course in five to 10 days. But it can be very serious, even life-threatening, in a small percentage of people. adults should have two shots, with four to eight weeks between the first and second shot.its the same vaccine given to children ,so you can get it in any govt or private hospital .
