Chicken pox
I am sick with chicken pox for 2days.I don't have fever but have sore throat.Rashes are increasing on the 2nd day looking like fluid filled vesicles but not itching or painful till now. Should i have any medication? M

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
The treatment is just supportive.
So you can just do gargles with salt water for sore throat and drink plenty of fluids.
Have a nutritious and soft diet.
You can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day if you get fever. Apart from that nothing else would be required.
Its a self limiting condition.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
