I am 27 years old & have been infected by chicken pox. During this pandemic I haven't been going out from almost a year.. How could I get infected or what could be cause of it.?

Chicken pox if you have it may be transmitted by droplets, or by direct contact also.
You might have generalized body ache, with itching and fever.

Also first you should confirm the diagnosis by visiting a doctor
Usually its self limiting disease you will need complete rest and some medications to reduce your symptoms
