Hi, My friend got diagnosed with chicken pox yesterday. He has got pimples over the body and blisters in mouth. Fever, bodyache are there too. Can u advise what to eat, and how to deal with it? also, he's a smoker, can he smoke while sick?

Smoking iecrease metabolism ( so decrease effective ness) of drugs u take avoid it. he cn hv everything with plenty of fluid tab Acyclovir 800 mg five times a day calamine lotion for local application..it decreses urge to itch blisters. if itching is too much take tab levocetrizine 5mg at night
Next Steps
dont scratch blisters though its too tempting since its highly contagious disease those who r  not vaccinated or earlier din get disease has to stay away..for 1 week atleast..
