Chicken pox and menstrual cycle

Asked for Female, 19 Years

My daughter has got Chicken poxs from Monday n today is Saturday. Today she got her menstrual cycle. Usually she gets stomach ache on second day of her menstrual cycle I am worried if tomorrow she gets pain what to do? Her Father is also having fever.
