Hi,
Is it safe to eat about 300 grams of regular store bought chicken breast everyday as my main source of protein? I am weight training and would need to improve my muscle growth and recovery everyday. Please let me know if this is a safe option when compared to consuming two-three scoops of whey protein daily. I am looking for a long-term sustainable change.
I have tried alternating the source of protein from natural sources but getting in 100gms of protein (weight 85kg), is just not practical with my current lifestyle. Your expert opinion would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

You need 1 gm protein per kg body weight as your total protein intake daily. Calculate how much protein is there in 300 gm of chicken and your other sources of protein such as milk etc. even roti has some amount of protein.
Natural source of protein is always better and safer than processed ones. It has long term benefits and lesser adverse effects. 1 gm protein per kg body weight is enough for maintenance. If you want to gain muscle mass you you need to add a bit more protein but not in excess. You can consult at your convenience for dietary management and apt advice.
