Chest xray issue
Can someone help in interpreting my mother's chest xray. Oxygen level is fine but when she lie down her spo2 drops to 85

Detailed history of symptoms and treatment is required. There are some shadows seen in perihilar and upper zone but a better quality X-ray or CT chest will be required. If saturation at rest is dipping to 85% then oxygen support is recommended. For better evaluation and management, pls visit a pulmonologist. Depending on her general condition, admission might be required.

There is some right upper lobe consolidation? Pneumonia present .. need to know the symptoms and vitals to have a better view of the condition ..full detailed history needed .

Monitor oxygen saturation at home to keep above 90 ..Get HRCT thorax done for better understanding ..and if sputum present get it evaluated with blood counts ..

There are some lesions in the xray.it is better to consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for further evaluation and treatment.
