Chest x-ray

I had covid on April. After covid recovery I faced chest and back that comes and goes. I did crp & cbc test and report was normal. But again I started feeling same problem so Dr suggested me to do an x-ray if problem doesn't subside. So I went for chest x-ray. Dr said it's post covid symptoms. Kindly check my x-ray I've attached pic of my chest x-ray.
