I am 25 years old male lean (low bmi). I have normal BP, cholesterol, triglycerides. My blood test and ecg are normal. but I am slightly anemic. (Hb 12).
I feel chest tightness and pressure while walking in stairs and lifting small weights..And I feel heart palpitation.
I am afraid of heart attack. What can I do?
Does my anemia cause this chest tightness or this can be due to heart attack?
