Chest Tightness
Having pain below ribs, chest tightness and a pulling sensation in middle of the stomach especially while walking since Feb-2021. Also feel very lethargic all through the day. Chest X-ray, TMT, ECHO, blood tests are all ok. Upper GI Endoscopy had H.pyroli +ve. Vitamin D is 52. Taking uprise 60k since last 4 weeks. Was COVID +ve in Nov-2020 with no symptoms at all and tested -ve in Dec-2020. Have taken Etizolam, Propranolol, Normaxin for last few months but the problem still persists. Please advise suitable medicines.

This is most probably muscular pain as it is worsening on exertion.
