I am 23 years old. 120 kg weight and 5" 5 height. Recently I have been trying to loose weight but while exercising I feel tightness in my chest and get out of breath really fast. Eg while walking and talking or climbing up stairs or walking on inclined plane really makes it hard to breathe and chest tightness. My heart also starts to beat really fast. My bp is also high so most of the time it's 135/100. I also have fatty liver. What should I do?

Start with less intensity work outs along with dietary modification and gradually increasing intensity as your body copes up,as you are obese there must be associated snoring if any, chest tightness needs to be evaluated further consult pulmonologist for further guidance

Hi. I understand your concern. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same
Start from mild exercise and hike up the intensity gradually. Also, observe whether your symptoms worsen after/during exercise
Do BP reading three days consecutively either morning/evening, not immediately after exertion, 30 mts after return from work.
Next Steps
Do combined diet + exercise rather than exerting so much
Health Tips
- start walking at normal pace for 30-40 mts a day for 5 days a week, if you experience severe breathless at minimal exertion/ breathlessness worsening for the activities which you were able to do previously have to be evaluated.
Pl reduce weight. Start exercises.Diet control. Monitor Bp levels.consult cardiologist for cardiac evaluation. Monitor sugar levels. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken. Strong Determination is needed .
