Chest Stomach fat loss
Hi, i work out daily rigorously for 1 -1.5 hrs in morning and improving however i still have fat around chest n stomach, i would like to know how can i loose that and how can i boost my metabolism rate ?

Hi To lose weight at 5-6small meals a day.Eat plenty of fresh fruits n vegetables.Take a plant based protein supplement.Drink6 -8glasses of water a day.Sleep atleast 8hrs a day and have atleast 1hr of dedicated physical activity.
