Sometimes my chest begin to pain sweet pain one side in down wards what should i do? May it be a attack ? I am so worried

Hi It might be just gastritis pain.. history of palpitations , retrosternal discomfort and excessive sweating goes in favor of cardiac complications... to be on safer side get an ecg done ... use some antacids.. avoid spicy , cholesterol rich foods , drink excess of Water...
