I am an 18 year old female and feeling chest pain between breasts when touching and haven't been to a doctor for a checkup in 4 years, scared it could be serious

It usually arises from your ribs and their joints and is called COSTICHONDRITIS. Your symptomatology doe not point to any serious disease at all. So don't worry
