  4. Chest Pain. There but reduces very much.

When I'm lying on my left side there is a sharp pain in my left chest and I have trouble breathing but when i sit down or change my position the pain is still there but reduces very much.

This is not cardiac pain, can be relived with pain  killer, consult physician for symptom relief
