Suddenly chest pain can come very fastly at any time. Like that heart attack. So in that case what should we do.

not all chest pain are heart attack. that pain/angina pain start in chest and radiates to left shoulder then only is significant pain of angina. otherwise it is muscle pain due to cramps or acidity or cholic pain due to gall bladder problems. please consult your doctor for pain or physio.
