  4. Left body pain since 1yr including chest

Left body pain since 1yr including chest
I have body pain  from 1 year only on left side . It feels like cramp. Gone through 2-3 medication but that there's no sign of releif. Sometimes the pain get worse and feels like someone hammering inside body. I'm unable to handle it. Please suggest some proper medication.
