Chest pain
Sir I have chest pain sometimes should I take treadmill test or ecg. Recently I checked for and am diabetic. Am not taking any medicines for diabetes

If you are a Diabetic you must take your medicines regularly..Daily walk of 30 min atleast.. Certain other life style modifications do help in controlling Diabetes. A good History and Examination ll help to to the cause of your chest pain... ECG will definitely tell if there is any gross changes in your heart functioning.. Threadmill test not to be done now... Please get ECG ECHO show to cardiologist and if OK then take TMT .
