Chest pain
Shooting pain in left side of chest and felt like something travelling from stomach. The pain stopped when something popped in chest. Went to doctor and it was a case of acid reflux. After taking medicines had pain in abdomen and upper body parts. Got sonography done. No kidney stones but slight UTI. Everything is normal. Except i still feel pain in chest mostly after a meal or in between couple of hours. It feels like a dull ache in middle of chest. Also it feels tight and heavy in the middle. Happens twice or thrice a day. Also shortness of breath. What exactly is it? Could it be a blood clot? Should i be worried about that popping thing?

Maybe due to gastritis...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above...Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria and stone if it's less than 6mm...Consult nearest urologist they will do the needful.
