Severe chest pain and even left part of back is also paining couple of hand nerves also have issue of right hand .what could be the issue ?are these symptoms of heart attack ?

Hi there...chest pain can be indicative of heart attack. But if we consider your other complaints like back pain and multiple swellings in the hand, then it can indicate a number disease like calcinosis cutis, hansens disease, several other granulomatous diseases. It will need complete clinical examination, investigations like serum calcium, skin biopsy. So kindly consult a general physician, dermatologist as soon as possible for further evaluation.
