Hello doc, am having chest pin point pain from 2 and half years. I have done all test like tmt, echo and ecg all are normal. Pain is having when am in rest. I have done so many ecg all are normal. I have consulted so many doctors but not solved. I have pain when I move sides, up and down. I also feel pain when move neck. Is it costochondritis or anything else ??? Or it is a araising from cervical region am totally confused. Or it is cardiac ?? Please help and suggest which xray to be done to detect costochondritis and cervical problem. Thank you

It is not heart related definitely. Since you say you have pain on neck movements it can be related to cervical spine. Consult a spine specialist and get MRI cervical spine done
