Chest pain
Pain in the upper left chest and the back of the same side. Smoker, recently sprayed pesticide on trees without wearing mask. Pain from last 5 hours. Congestion but no mucus or cough. Heaviness on chest. Ecg is normal, blood pressure is also normal. Trop t is negative with number 5.
