Hello.
Well there are few common causes of cheat pain apart from the heart issues...these are..
Muscle spasm,
Gastritis..
Oesophagitis ..heart burn..
Try to drink 8-10 glasses of water...have food on time...consult a physician ..you may require to take proton pump inhibitors ....thank you
