Chest pain on left side and heavy head
Am 42/m, of late witnessing severe gastritis and some pain in left side of chest.... some times a little difficulty in breathing. When I underwent blood test recently, found my total cholestrol at 331 and LDL at 222, which is way too higher.... Who should be the ideal doctor to consult ? An Internal medicines doctor or a heart specialist ?

Take 2 tsp Rice + 2 glass water boil it, make it 1Glass fliter it & have it @ 8-9 Am
Take Lunch @ 2pm.
Take Dinner @ 7pm.
Don't eat in between.
Do yogasana->
paschimottasna
Ardhamatsendrasna
pavanmuktasana
mandukasana.
Take Jeerkadyarishta 4 tsp +4 tsp water Afternoon & night.
