There are many reasons for chest pain. Since your TMT is normal it is not heart related for sure. Other reasons can be GERD, costochondritis, muscle spasm, cervical spondylitis, oesophagitis, oesophageal spasm, neuritis, etc. Consult a physician for evaluation of non cardiac Chest pain
