Your father symptoms are typical of cardiac illness which is relieved by Sorbitrate. This definitely requires angiography but in this context and angiography needs to be postponed due to altered renal function. Nephrologist will evaluate if he is having any other reasons for altered renal function and if required the necessary management. Once the renal function and kidneys evaluation is normal he will be subjected to coronary angiography and necessary management.
