My ecg echocardiography tmt ct coronary angiogram all reports normal. Am i have any kind of microvascular angina or spasms in arteries. Or just other thing. I have everyday symptoms

Possible. In this kind of picture it could be reason for your pain is non cardiac or microvascular. If symptoms are peraitent and daily you can try holter monitoring. Trial of medicines also can be tried
