Chest pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My chest has been paining for past 8 months . I did ct scan twice and chest X-ray 4 times. Everything came normal and the reports were fine. Few days ago I went for vitamin blood test. It was 72 nmol. Is it normal? I have gone for cbc as well which was also fine. I have a constant fear of some major disease. Please help
