  4. Chest pain mostly in left. Suggest me!

Chest pain mostly in left
Most of the time from last three months I have chest pain in the left side that goes to shoulder also. Have done the TMT and ecg 15days back which was normal.  I am a smoker and have cough. ..please suggest me

It TMT is normal then nothing to worry from heart side... it might be musculoskeletal or acidity take some local muscle relaxant balm and antacids for 3-5days
