Chest pain

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I was having chest pain on the left side yesterday . The pain was like coming at certain interval . But after some hour it was not there . I was having heavy meal one day before . Also I have done my ecg and troponin I test some days back . Both result are normal . What should I do . I am a smoker

Do an ECG again. Your symptoms sound of a cardiac problem. If ECG and trop are negative again get a stress echo done
