I was diagnosed with COVID (corad 5 with pneumonia) in lungs.. since then I have chest pain and that radiates to my upper back.. my spo2 levels are 96-99.. I keep taking deep breaths.. I have done ecg and 2d echo back in September and it came normal. Since two days my chest pain has increased and feel mild pressure in the center of the chest and urge to take deep breaths.. no other symptoms than these.. I can feel my heart beat which is not fast or irregular.. took an ecg today but doc did not say anything and advised for HRCT chest.. please advise.

Ecg is normal . The kind of pain you are telling is also not cardiac pain and seems like a lung issue only. However to be sure you should consult a cardiologist or talk to your treating doctor.
