First recheck the oxygen level ..even it again comes to me below 95 then go to nearby hospital at the earliest .. Meanwhile you can take paracetamol 650 mg stat

It could be muscular pain . If you are a cardiac or hypertension diabetes as co existing illness then consult physician

Please recheck your oxygen levels. 94% is not normal. And see a doctor near you asap. The chest pain is probably not due to sleeping on a particular side.
