Chest pain
I'm having chest pain on the left side since last year November.that time I had my cholesterol level 245. ECG was fine and heart rate /BP was also fine started taking statin 20mg a day. But still I m having that feels like pressure and squeezing. Right now my lipid profile is as follow:- Chloestrol level is 165 Triglycerides is 189 Hdl is 25 Direct ldl chol is 109 Chol hdl ratio is 6.6 Chol ldl ratio is 4.4 Very low density lipoprotein is 37.8 Please tell me what should i do/don't in this case

I don't know why you were advised statin. As per present guidelines you don't qualify for it. As regards your chest pain problem I am sure that's non cardiac in nature. Exercise/yoga, posture adjustment while sitting may be sufficient for you. Try to follow healthy lifestyle. No need to worry or undergo extensive tests.
