  4. Chest pain. Due to any heart condition?

Chest pain
I have norml 2 D echo and stress test. Still i've left chest pain and shoulder pain. I've cervical in shoulder and neck also i have vit D deficiency. This chest lain is bery scary should i some other heart related chest? Is this pain is due to any heart condition?

Its non Cardiac pain. Get physiotherapy for cervical radiculopathy.
