Chest pain
.I have constpation from 6 month that time stool test,CBC ,CT scan all report are normal but now constipation problem is ok. Before 1 month some time I have left side sharp chest pain with low oxygen level and (85 and 56 from 98 and 90)irregular heart beat in oximeter I saw the cardio for this problem TMT,echo,ECG are normal. Now these days I have daily feel this pain before one week I have check my abnormal hemoglobin study and s- ferritin test in these report my ferritin level is vary low with 8.3 Hb level. Plzz suggest me

As you rule out cardiac cause....Vague chest pain is psychological, Palpitations is accompanied sometimes with this. ..
You probably are having iron deficiency anaemia... Take supplements. And physician opinion
