Don't worry..it is muscular pain.. Tablet paracetamol 650 mg once now.. If pain persists then take full consultation.

Ok then work on your weight reduction. Oxygen level above 93 is acceptable if you have no breathing problems. Do yoga pranayam and improve your respiratory reserves.
