I have a chest pain continuously which radiate to my left hand and leg .then I consult the doctor and they have done ecg which was normal . But my vitamin d level was abnormally low . Doc has given motafair and a capsule for vitamin d which I have taken for two month . But still pain is there what should I do .

Get an ecg and echo done
Go for a Tmt if both of them are normal to rule out cardiac pain

Hello....... It could be gastritis or musculoskeletal pain most commonly gastritis, because ecg is normal.... Take antacids and pantac D it may relive your stomach pain... Pain in left hand could be due to some other reason..... Have non spicy food and drink lot of water.
