Chest pain
I feel some sort of choking or tightening feeling down my throat and upper chest. Its like something's stuck there. I get pinching pain in left side of my chest and abdomen at different places, sometimes it's side waists, sometimes left side middle of chest. I feel my left arm also feels weak as compared to right arm, it gets numb easily if kept in one position for long stretch. Is it GERD related or anything serious. How do I treat it, I can not visit clinics and get tests done due to lockdown.

Hi.. I understand your problems.. From your history I could make out that your symptoms are more related to poor sitting / sleeping position.. Stay active, do stretching exercises, pay attention to your sitting posture..

Yes your history is pointing at GERD.which is common at your age due to tight working schedule, addicted to tobacco products, and less sleep. And it’s not serious.

history is not very clear. pain at various places and numbness is very common in this lockdown period due to inactivity. i would suggest you to be active in house, try to do indoor activities, yoga or aerobic exercises, don't keep yourself in a given posture for long time. also eat healthy and frequent small meals. enjoy the lockdown period!
