I am feeling little pain near by to my heart ,is it sign of heart stroke ,I am also having acidity issue as well

Sir, u r young. If u don't have bp n sugar n u r non smoker u have less risk of heart disease n stroke. By d way chest pain is not sign of stroke. Stroke is related to brain
