Hi. I have sharp chest pain that gets worse when I breathe in and out, and is accompanied by breathlessness. I read online that it could be pneumonia or pleurisy but I have this problem my whole life. I don't think that I have it because of an infection. Could you tell me more about it?

Hi Pneumonia usually presents with fever and cough. So don worry about it. This chest pain and breathlessness may be due to this seasonal allergy. If you tell your other associated symptoms it will help me come to a diagnosis.
