Hi doctors my dad is 65 years old..he had a attack in 2005 an we treated him but it wasn't bypass..! now he is a saying he is getting chest heaviness along with pain in neck an arm ..! we met a good cardiology an thye did x ray echo ecg an all came normal ..he was in medication for 10 days for the pain still he is facing pain ..what is the issues

Your father being an CAD patient complains of typical chest pain radiating to neck and arm .You have mentioned that the cardiologist has performed echo , ECG and chest xray which came normal.Since it's been 10 days he is not relieved of his symptoms is an indication for review with his cardiologist. Other possible causes are cervical spondylitis,oor esophageal spasm . Since he already suffered heart attack 17 years ago ,he carries risk .
Next Steps
Coronary CT angiography is an excellent diagnostic measure ,which is non invasive , simple ,detects state of coronary arteries
