Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi doctor, since last month i am having a pain in my right chest, pain is not there all d times, but whenever get cough i get pain, also in bathroom whenever i give pressure to release it i am getting pain in my right side chest, d pain feel like a pinching in my chest, please advice me on this, is this a big prob??
