  4. Chest pain. Or on my stomach it pains.

Hello Sir.. I am having chest pain (left side)  for last 3 months.. when I sleep either on left side or on my stomach it pains.. also when I breathe in to the full it pains.. my LDL cholesterol is 271 triglycerides 170 and HDL 44. Please advise.. Thanks..
