Chest pain
Hello Doctor
Im getting frequent left side chest pain ( exactly in left breast area) is due to gas or any other heart issue
My ecg is abnormal ( i got tensed when i got ecg test ) but 2d echo , tmt test are normal
Now a days I'm suffering from nerve weakness ( doctor gave inderal 5 tab for chest pain )
How to confirm , that i don't have heart problem ?

2-D Echo is done to rule out structural heart disease and TMT helps to find out exertional angina or stress related cardiac disease. Since you have undergone both 2D echo and TMT AND the reports are within normal limit, you need not worry and get symptomatic treatment from nearby physician.
