Greetings sir my name is srihari no bad habits no bp no sugar chest discomfort pain 3 months backECG ,2D ECHO ,TMT, normal 5 days back again pain started today I took ECG AND TROPONIN I, THYROID TEST NORMAL plz tell me this pain anxiety or gastric or heart related namaste 🙏

If the pain is non exertional, and Echo, TMT and ECG are normal, at your age, it will be unrelated to the heart.
