Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 5 days.
Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
No smoking.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
