  4. Chest pain from last ten days. Is 139.

Chest pain from last ten days
Suffering from mild chest pain from last ten days,also have constipation and gastric issue.done lipid test hdl is 42 and ldl is 139.ldl is 39 mg/DL excess. I am very confuse is this angina pain or gastric pain. Kindly suggest.
