  4. Chest pain. Chest x ray but its normal!

From 2 weeks near upper right side of chest feel sharp pain when pressing also pain feels in walking and feel pain go to stomach what is cause of it i do ecg and chest x ray but its normal

If ecg and x ray  is normal , pain could be due to gastritis and acid reflux (GERD).Need complete history and to see personally the ecg and chest x ray  for further evaluation.
